Food for love

All children in Greece know that wherever they are, whatever their age, their mother’s food will follow them. The film follows three Greek mothers who prepare little parcels of homemade food and a devoted courier who threads the country to deliver them to their teenage children studying away. Witty, warm and revealing, the film examines the dominant role of the Greek mother, the special relationship she has with her children, and the decisive role food plays in Greek life.
